Hi All, For those ttc, I am after some tips for preparing my body for a baby. I've done so much research and it's all a bit overwhelming. I have PCOS and have been ttc for about 18 months. I am on a low-GI diet, exercising every day and generally trying not to stress out about everything. Hubby is very supportive, and on the same diet as me which helps. I've read about supplements I should be taking - folate, etc etc? I'm not taking anything at the moment, just trying to stay healthy with diet and exercise. I'm coming off the pill in about 3 weeks... any tips?
