    Default 14 months no teeth.

When should I worry? She doesn't even seem to have a bump or anything. I give her all kinds of food and textures. She wasn't prem and has reached all her other milestones early. Just no teeth.

Yeah I would get advice from the mach nurse, sounds very late. Maybe a dentist can x ray and see what's happening under the gums.

Don't worry just yet! Dd only got her first tooth at 17 months, and now at nearly 3 has them all. My chn said not to worry until she was 18 months and then get her checked out by the dentist, she just made it Ds is nearly 12 months and isn't showing any signs of teething yet either. Just be prepared for them to come through one after the other!

A friend of mine had a son who got his first tooth just before his 3rd birthday. He was going to have his mouth x-rayed at 3, to see what was going on, but then all of a sudden his teeth started coming through.

Thank you for your replies, I hope she gets teeth before she's almost 3!

my ds got is first tooth at 12 and a half months. I would ask the dr just for reassurance but I wouldn't worry too much.

The general rule is that if there are no teeth or signs they are coming by 18 months they may not come although the longer a child teethe the better quality the tooth is but the gum is also a great deal tougher dd got her first at 9 months top central ds is 9 months and not one has come or looks like it .... He doses have bulges where his top lateral will be but so far nothing thought I said to dh his got 9 months until his in trouble
