The thing I'm finding the worst at the moment is trying to sleep! I've always been a tummy sleeper, but now I find it far too uncomfortable because my BBs are sore Getting up every couple of hours to pee doesn't help either, but I'd be happy to hear any suggestions for more comfortable sleeping positions!
I had to learn to sleep on my side with dd, now its my preferred sleeping position! I used pillows to support my body, not that you'll have a huge tummy or anything yet, but it could help you get used to it?! Some ppl love those full length body pillows but I couldn't get used to it. I'm fairly short and it was longer than me!!

My nausea seems to have settled into a rhythm after last weeks full on all the time plus vomiting! Now I get a touch in the morning if I don't eat straight away, then very mild in the day and back at this time of night. Last night my dh ran out of bbq gas (he's been cooking outside for me, bless him) and had to cook our lamd inside but miraculously it just made me hungry not sick! Tonight I think I'm back to plain pasta...

i bought one of those massive body pillows last week i always sleep on my side as it hurts my knees keeping them flat. Was a tummy sleeper till got a fat tummy
We bought first thing together for lil wobbler a jumpsuit from myer, it is brittish themed with red busses and the national guard on it. We felt it fitted as lil wobbler was conceived after our one bd session during fertile period on the day Prince George was born.

Bio oil? Don't even know if it's sold in oz but I used to recommend it constantly for stretch marks before I moved here and apparently it's great! It also makes scars fade!
