Wow NicT - 26 weeks already??!!! Thats gone so fast! Exciting that you're getting the nursery ready now. Ive just finished Wrigglers nursery. Tried to do it neutral but because Ive used some of DDs stuff it looks a bit girly.. oh well - a good excuse to go shopping if Wriggler is a boy!

Shelby - oh I cant wait for you to have your 12 week scan, I will be sighing a huge sigh of relief with you at that mark when you see that everything is all good!! How are you feeling? Are you getting M/S?

    Ijjles - pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Colostrum - from what Ive been reading they dont recommend expressing before 36 weeks as it can cause cramping / contractions so may cause pre-term labour. I decided to wait until 37 weeks just to be safe. I never even saw colostrum with DD (I presume she got it!) so Im excited I can actually express it this time!

Hey ladies, sorry I haven't posted in ages but just read up on everyone's posts.. Finally finished work on Monday so feeling relieved.. Packed baby's bag for hospital last night, the disposable newborn nappies are so tiny!

Shelby- I don't know sex of baby, at first I wanted to know but DP really didn't want to find out & I knew I'd let it slip if I did! Plus I'm enjoying decorating bub's room with neutral colours- still nowhere near finished but we'll have the basics ready!

Waiting- how are you going? Are you getting any Braxton hicks? I'm getting them at night plus I've got pelvic instability which makes it even harder to sleep.. I'm looking at the positive side- good training for disrupted sleep when bubs arrives!

    Hope everyone's doing well!

Thats exactly how I see it!! Yes, Ive had braxton hicks since about 20 weeks but the past 2 days they have started to get crampy. Im finding I cant sleep very well at night due to them, but during the day I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat! I remember being the same with DD, I figure its my body getting me ready to become nocturnal... Ive been getting really bad groin pain and have SPD so can completely relate on that front!!! Not long now, hopefully the pain will be gone for both of us soon and we will be holding our bubbas!

I slept TERRIBLY last night, Im finding most nights I cant get to sleep till around 1.30am and after that its still quite broken due to needing to pee all the time.. last night was the worst so far, but I have a feeling bubs may have turned a bit last night cos I felt hiccups from bubs during the night and again today - I havent felt them for a week or so. Fx!!

Looks like there will be a few surprise bubbas in here, we didnt find out the sex either. Everyone is convinced its a boy due to the way Im carrying but I have no idea! Will post a pic later

I just stood over DH's shoulder and made him upload that for me on his computer. Hehe.

I have been so insanely tired this week I'm lucky my laptop has made it in from the car. It is definitely not getting taken out of the bag at home.

We're going to leave it a surprise too.

We figure we've had very little say in this process and it's all been dr apts and very medical... It'll be nice to have the surprise at the end.
