(my biggest downfall) no crap food snacking,walk kids to school....I'll have DD2 on my back so that will make me work a bit harder...
I lost 10 kilos last year before I fell pregnant,but put it back on during the pregnancy. I remember how much better I felt, so I want to feel that again!
I am breastfeeding an 8 month old so I'll need to take this slow as I don't want to affect my supply...my little boobie monster would not be happy!
