Tonight's dinner. Chicken rolled up with mushrooms, thyme and pistachio, with avocado and salad. Snow pea sprouts on mine as well, I'm sure I read somewhere that you shouldn't give sprouts to young toddlers but couldn't find it again, does anyone know? Just me and DD home tonight!

Muesli slice for desert. Made with coconut oil, manuka honey and dried fruits so not the healthiest, but a nice improvement on my usual 5 Tim tams!

Weekly goal: To actually stay on the challenge! Cut out chocolate,
(my biggest downfall) no crap food snacking, walk kids to school....I'll have DD2 on my back so that will make me work a bit harder...

I lost 10 kilos last year before I fell pregnant, but put it back on during the pregnancy. I remember how much better I felt, so I want to feel that again!
I am breastfeeding an 8 month old so I'll need to take this slow as I don't want to affect my supply...my little boobie monster would not be happy!

I'm not sure if there is a thread for people who need to lose heaps of weight because I weigh what feels like twice as much as most of you! But, I need to start somewhere and I'm here now...

    Starting weight: 114
    Goal this week: 113
First real goal: 111 (pre pregnancy weight- am now 8 weeks pp)
Ultimate goal: no idea. 90 kgs? I'll be happy with losing anything at the moment.

I thought breastfeeding would get rid of all my baby weight but I can't shift these last 3. Probably because I eat whatever I want whenever I want. I have supply issues so I have to watch how I go but can stop eating so much crap!

I hope you don't mind a real fatty in your midst!!
