    Can I join?

    Starting & current weight: 69kg

    Goal weight: 64kg

I was 68kg when I fell preg, my DD is now 4 weeks old & I'm back to that weight but want to get to 63-64kg which is my ideal weight.

The last few days I've eaten terribly! Everything in site.
I'm BFing but this is no excuse!
I need to get my eating back under control.
I love walking so plan to walk 30 mins a day (M-F) when DD & I can get out with the pram. Weather here atm is BAD!! Wettest July in Adelaide in 17 years.
My mum & I usually walk 10kms on Saturdays too, so once the weather clears up we'll get back into that too!

Nice to see so much Adelaide love... It has been so hard to even go for a walk in this weather. Which sucks for me because I don't drive!

Monnie I thought I was in trouble winning my free Twix today. If I go out and claim it does that count as exercise??

Just prepping so far today for me. I made my week's batch of healthy muffins for sweet treats. I'm off to look into this clean eating thing too...

    Welcome everyone!
