Hi ladies, I've been watching your posts-you're all doing so well!
I thought I'd post my weigh in this week:
3.2kg to go. It's moving ever so slowly! 600g since last week is good though but not quite a full kg lost in the last few weeks!
Do you think BFing keeps some fat stores in your body? It's helped me get back to pre-preg weight really quick but the extra weight is so slow coming off.
In saying that, I'm not exercising as frequently or as intensely as I would be if I didn't have my little girl. And I'm eating really well during the week but probably cheating too much on the weekends!
I'll be more mindful of the weekend cheating & see what happens next week.
I've been absent for the last few days. Naughty naughty.
I was starting to have supply issues so I thought I better have a couple of days of building my calories back up again and then whaddya know, more milk . Honestly it's hard to balance. Every time I think I've gotten it right my supply starts going silly again.
Poor DS has been very unsettled for the last 2 days and I'm guessing that not only is it because he's teething but it's because I've gotten my diet wrong. So I upped the cals and while he's still unsettled during the day he's sleeping a bit better at night.
So it's back to the drawing board to work out what I might be missing from my diet and where I need to make changes. Obviously more calories, but I suspect on the days that I've been lazy there's been a few things that I've missed out on that might have an effect so hi ho, here we go. Again. *chuckle*.
I'm off to a wedding tomorrow and tried my dress on about 3 weeks ago when it arrived (ordered online) and it was very snug. I was only brave enough to try it on again today, and it fits! :-D
Also bought a jogging pram on eBay this morning so I can start running with bub soon :-)
So I dropped off the radar for a bit. Last weigh-in I maintained 67.3kg. I've still been logging everything into MFP. Trying to get a bit more exercise in as all my "workouts" are housework related at the moment.
Well I've been relatively good today although only in that I haven't eaten any junk heh. I should have eaten more earlier in the day but at the moment I'm having a hard time. I go back to work on Monday so I'm going to have to start organising easily portable and healthy meals again. Bah.
I'm up to 71.4kg, had a couple of crazy days and managed to go and gain a whole kg. No idea why I did that, but thems the breaks. Move on and all that. So hopefully today's relatively good behaviour will count and the day after tomorrow I should see a good result. Or at least something I can be a bit happier with heh.
