    Boobycino - That plate looks uhmayzing! I love love love dates, almonds and brie. Strawberries I can take or leave but with that plate it would be so refreshing and yummy. That being said, I can't eat cheeses like that unless I'm on a "I don't give a rats" kind of bender. But when I DO brie and fruit cheeses are my achilles lol.

    RachHasArrived - Way to go on fitting into your jeans! It's a great feeling huh I was doing c25k until I started getting sick. Having a sore throat constantly makes it really hard to keep the energy going for working out. Bit of a weak excuse but *shrug* lol. I'll have to get back into it soon though.

    SoThisIsLove - Oooooh my gosh. You had a really good time huh? Lol! I'm generally the same when I'm back at work. Healthy all week and then on the weekend eat whatever I want. Which is fine because I lose weight during the week and then gain it back at the end so effectively maintain. But losing weight doesn't happen that way, you're right.

    Zombie - Oh my gosh... The difference is ASTOUNDING! You look like an entirely different person. I'm super impressed! I definitely respect the ability to accept your body the way it is. It's hard to remember that a goal number is just that. A number. It's how you feel that's important and you've obviously got that down For the record I think you look completely amazing

    AFM - Had a bit of a freak out this morning because I didn't lose much but then I realised that I'm only on day 2 of my cycling and I don't usually have a good loss until day 3. After a few days of naughty eating I'm ready to get back to it so I'm hoping that tomorrow I get to see a decent change.

    It was just perfect. Also that's a bread and butter plate, so it was a small half of a brie wheel. If that makes it better haha.

    ... Though... There was also wine.... So...

    Oh but this morning df looked at me and said "have you lost weight?" I popped on the scales - still 74kgs.

    Afm: fell of the wagon on Friday (Chinese take out and a magnum) but have been pretty good so far this weekend and did some gardening and weeding in the sun yesterday. Hopefully upping the exercise this coming week!

    I'll be falling off the wagon today. Dh did sooo much baking as we were supposed to have friends over today but they cancelled last minute. Lucky he's going down to Byron for work tomorrow so I'll make him take lots with him!

    Eko- I'm ready to get back on track after a scary few days too... AF arrived last night too so perhaps I've been a little more hormonal than I'd like to admit :/ I've started this morning with oats and I'm about to bake some clean pumpkin & zucchini bread. I'll post a pic later. I'm starting to get a bit down on myself. I've gone from 90kg to 64kg back up to 70kg. I'm just disappointed in myself that I'm back on this weightloss journey. I maintained my weight for around 2 years. I need to just stick to it - lose this last 10kg (maybe even 14kg) and maintain. At the moment is be happy just to get back where I was

    Well done to everyone who is eating so well and having good losses! Keep up the good work :-)

    I haven't weighed myself since my first post in this thread, I'll do it tomorrow. My diet hasn't been great but I've been pleased with my exercise this week, 6.5km walk on Tuesday, 4.5km on Thursday (+10 mins cycling on the stationary bike at the park) and 7.25km this morning. I feel a bit thinner, but the stationary bike has given me the worst back pain, I only get relief for about an hour if my husband massages it for me but then it's back again. Hoping it gets better in the next couple of days!
