mrstuilawa - Thanks! I'm really really happy to be back in these jeans because I only got to wear them for a short time before I gained a few too many kgs. You're right, it's far better to concentrate on clothing fit. My main goal to begin with was to just be able to get back into my work clothes. Now that I've done that I can sigh a big sigh of relief. Although that doesn't mean I'm going to stop!
Theboys&me & wikidwitch - C'mon ladies, buck up. One bad day every now and then isn't the end of things I know it's hard to feel positive when you've had a rough trot but I'm hoping that you've all had a better time of it today
R&R - I know what you mean about empty calories. It's no good eating the right amount of calories if they're not nutritionally achieving anything. It's such a struggle sometimes to convince yourself to eat the right things though.
AFM - Today I'm on the high protein wagon again. The last couple of days I haven't really been bad as such but I haven't been good either. That resulted in me going up 500g, but I'm on the start of my three day cycle so I'm hoping to see a good loss tomorrow morning.
But either way I'm feeling good about how my jeans are fitting. I have less than 5kg to go until I'm really happy with what I see on the scales, but for now I'm feeling better about how I physically feel and that's one of the most important things for me
