I started off really well today but just went out for dinner so all the good work has been undone. We know the chef so ended up with ridiculous servings. Was so yummy though!

Breakfast of oats, chia seeds, linseeds and few sultanas with skim milk has been great. It's really helped me get through to lunch time without snacking.

.... I need a better plan for the arvos but I've been pretty good. I need to get better.

    But walking this week:

    Monday - 6.5 klms
    Tuesday - 9 klms
    Wednesday - 6.5klms
    Thursday -7klms
    Friday (planning) - 4-5klm

Quick one from me this evening. Weighed myself this morning and I was back up to 71.8kg. I really REALLY hope that it's because I had a heap of salt in part of my dinner. Shall see in the morning I guess.

On the upside I now fit into a pair of size 10 jeans that haven't been comfortable for a couple of years. They were always just a little too small and muffin-top-ey *chuckle*. They could be a little more comfortable of course but I can wear them without a problem now so I'm pretty thrilled.

Well done Eko I try to focus more on how I look/feel/how clothes fit rather than the number on the scales. Fitting into size 10 jeans is a massive win in my books!

That's pretty much me as well in fact I ate so much crap tonight I feel sick now. Yuck!!

I'm sticking to nice clean food tomorrow, although I think I need to up my intake (or maybe just eat more foods with substance instead of empty calories...!) because I feel like my supply has really dropped off in the last week and I'm a little worried I'll struggle to get it back up.
