I drank HEAPS of water today to counter the salt from last night, hopefully the scales will be down tomorrow. Got to the end of the day and realised that I haven't eaten enough again. ENTIRELY unintentional, I only had 1200 by dinner time and that was with snacks. I felt like I was eating all day!
So I just had a serve of Jalna yoghurt with a handful of a pretty healthy museli for dessert. Hopefully that bumped me up at least a couple of hundred cals.
I need to get some workout gear myself to help motivate me. I just bought a new Garmin watch to replace my Suunto M4 (the strap broke and the batteries died all at once! ) because it has GPS in it and a virtual training partner so hopefully I can convince myself to get back into running.
Only 2 more weeks until I'm back at work where I'm sure the trainers will kick my butt for the privilege of being away on maternity leave for 5 months. Drat all the luck haha.
