Lookin' slammin Theboys&me I have Insanity but I haven't tried it yet. I'm such a coward lmao.
I drank HEAPS of water today to counter the salt from last night, hopefully the scales will be down tomorrow. Got to the end of the day and realised that I haven't eaten enough again. ENTIRELY unintentional, I only had 1200 by dinner time and that was with snacks. I felt like I was eating all day!
So I just had a serve of Jalna yoghurt with a handful of a pretty healthy museli for dessert. Hopefully that bumped me up at least a couple of hundred cals.

I need to get some workout gear myself to help motivate me. I just bought a new Garmin watch to replace my Suunto M4 (the strap broke and the batteries died all at once! ) because it has GPS in it and a virtual training partner so hopefully I can convince myself to get back into running.
Only 2 more weeks until I'm back at work where I'm sure the trainers will kick my butt for the privilege of being away on maternity leave for 5 months. Drat all the luck haha.

Ohhhh which Garmin??? I'm planning on buying the grey & pink one (forerunner 110 from memory) with the heart rate monitor in it too.

    How are you finding it??

I love quinoa I make a salad with 1 cup of quinoa (half white half dark), zucchini ribbons, halved cherry tomatoes, spring onions and fetta (when I was eating dairy). You then whisk equal portions of olive oil and red wine vinegar for the dressing. It is one of my favourite salads, I prefer it much more than cous cous.

Thanks I've lost a lot of weight very suddenly due to being on a dairy free and soy free diet, since my baby is soy and cows milk protein intolerant. But I really really need to tone up, and lose a bit more

So far so good here, swapping chocky bars for musli bars and dessert cravings for fresh strawberries, gotta keep it up. I have those digital body fat scales but if I hope on/off the difference can be 2kg?? Think I might invest in a cheapy old fashion ones.

Weighed myself today and it's the same as last week,at least I haven't gained anything though,I suppose.....
I'm going to buy some proper scales tomorrow,I'm not sure if I mentioned that mine weigh in 500g increments,so not really great for seeing weight loss properly.
I realized today there is only ONE more month of winter, then it'll start to warm up again ...The thought of summer.....if that's not motivation,I don't know what is!

    This weeks goals...

    Track my calories
    Exercise!
    Focus and stay on track
