    I'll be weighing myself this morning when I take dd to the clinic. Ten days ago I was *shudder* 81.6kg so will be interesting to see what I am today.

    This week's goal: drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day. Continue on my chocolate ban!

    This week's goals.

    Mon-fri : No (store bought) chocolate. No cake. No sweet bickies. No wine (there's a few bottles in the fridge I should move to the cupboard so they're not chilled) Drink 2litres of water a day. Walk (at least) 20klms over the course of the week.

    Need to buy some Stevia! I forgot yesterday. So I can stop putting sugar in coffees. (I have two teaspoons and 2-3 cups a day so that'll reduce my sugar intake by 4-6 teaspoons a day!)

    I'm leaving this for now ladies as I found out I'm UTD ahh of course I'm going try and remain eating healthier but gosh does god doesn't want me to be thin

    SW- 70.2kg

    CW- 69.2kg

    Weekly loss - 1kg

    Goal for this week - drink more water and don't stuff up on the weekend!!

    I am pretty happy with my loss considering my terrible weekend.

    I'm struggling with food to make as I need to do groceries (which ill do later today).

    So breakfast was a spinach, red onion & egg white omelette with grilled tomatoes. Sprinkled with chia seeds and wasabi dukkah. Not bad for a surprise dish

    Ok ladies, I'm back from Sydney and all its excesses and I'm jumping on board this thing!

    Today:

    B - Boiled egg and Hommus on whole wheat toast
    L - Wholemeal tuna sandwich and green salad
    D - Grilled chicken, avocado, kidney beans, brown rice and salad.
    S - Wholemeal, dairy free coconut muffin
