Have had the worst couple of days. Ate a whole packet of Cadburys finger biscuits tonight. And 2 600ml bottles of coke! I haven't been keeping up with the thread but I hope everyone's doing better than me!

    Snack - apple

    Lunch - Chinese leftovers

Snack - banana choc chip muffin

Dinner - tuna vege pasta bake

Fairly food fail today. Dd is very clingy, 9 weeks old and cutting her first tooth Took dd for a one hour walk this afternoon.

    Not a great day today

B/fast- oats with banana, chobani & cinnamon with tea.

Lunch - left over lamb & veg quinoa

Snack - 2 dates and a protein bar

Dinner - 3 slices of veg pizza with goats cheese and two light beers. Had an impromptu after work catch up at a surf club.

On the plus side I really wanted dessert as I'd blown it with dinner... But stopped myself from having it.

Pretty bad day, snuggled with dd until 11.30 so just had a slice of toast as we were going out for lunch. Then I was so hungry I ate a parma and chips.

    There is always tomorrow, right?

I think my bathroom scales were trying to be my friend rather than be honest with me. I stepped on... 65kgs... Stepped off - looked in the mirror... Nahhhh.... Steppes back on 74.2kgs.

Though now I can't believe a thing they say!
