Yeah but it's frustrating because I find myself eating way more than I'd have burned, so I may as well have stayed home. Lol.

I try to do two outings a day, the good playground is 2.5 klms away and there's a good sized shopping centre 2klms, also dfs work is 1klm away so if I meet him for lunch or meet after work and walk home, it all adds up pretty quickly. Katelyn hates being at home so she motivates me!

I need to plan ahead better I think. Maybe get some almonds or something healthy to snack on so I don't go "omg I'm dying I need cake and chocolate!!!"

All while either wearing 13kg katelyn or pushing her (and/or jasper) in the pram.

So I feel I've got that down.

But it's winter (though it's qld so it's not REALLY winter) but katelyn is still breastfeeding every few hours - and every few hours over night - and jasper still gets up at night - and they both get up at 6ish. So my body goes "GIVE ME CARBBBBSSSSS!!!!!!"

*sigh* don't know what to do. I won't starve myself. I get so miserable and cranky. I do replace sleep with sugar atm.

Boobycino while bfing I have not even attempted to give up carbs. But dd is only 9 weeks so I'm too scared it'll affect my supply.

    6km walk today.

Brekkie baked beans ham cheese and 2 pieces of toast.

    Snack carmens bar

Lunch chicken schnitzel salad and chips :/

And we're having Chinese for dinner. Woops.

B/fast - oats with banana, chobani & cinnamon plus tea

Lunch - prawn stir fry plus tea

    Snack - mandarin

Dinner - lamb & roast veg quinoa

Snack - clean banana & date ice cream

I love your menus! I have a few questions for you if you don't mind?

What is chobani and where do I get it?
Where do you get your clean eating ingredients?

The ingredients of clean eating recipes I haven't even heard of!!

Sure Chobani is the brand of natural non fat Greek yoghurt I use. It's the healthiest I've found and has absolutely no sugar etc. that the Greek yoghurt a in the fruit yoghurt section have.

I buy quinoa, chai seeds etc. from the health food section in woollies (macro brand). I also get my coconut oil, LSA, spelt grain from there.

I haven't bought stevia, cacao, agave etc. yet if that's what you're having trouble finding?? But you can get them at health food shops.

    Does that help??
