I need to go shopping tomorrow and stock up on healthy things,so today I just ate what was here...

Breakfast.. small bowl special k with berries/full cream milk
Lunch...salad leaves, cherry tomatoes,a bit of grated cheese, shredded ham and a small dollop of dijonnaise for a bit of flavour
Dinner....a small pork schnitzel, sweet potato chips and peas...ok and some mi goreng noodles too ..

I will also admit to some chocolate for dessert, but that's all gone now and there won't be any more bought.

    Tomorrow is another day....

Did better yesterday, I cut out the coffees and hot chocolates yesterday and had a major headache from sugar and caffine withdrawls but feel better for it. Been for a walk thismorning, was so cold. Weighed myself thismorning 68.6kgs starting weight. Lots of yummy looking healthy food in this thread.

I've made no progress so far. I'm feeling so crippled atm. I am so sore under my knees from my latest c25k attempt. I have an insanely sore lower back and can barely move. My shoulder hurts from the awkward position I must sleep in. My diet has been terrible and I still haven't figured out what batteries my scales take... so here's to hoping next week will be a better week.

Yesterday went not to badly for me.

    Breakfast - oats with banana

Snack - protein shake (after workout)

Lunch - green salad with feta

    Snack - apple and almonds

Dinner -salmon and veg with a small serve of pasta.

Did Body Combat and Pump in the morning.

If only I stayed that motivated all the time!
