    Here is mine:

    WEEK 1

    Weekly goal: Stop eating crap!

    I should add, I'll be doing the Liver Cleansing Diet which goes for 8 weeks and works for me to kick start weight loss. So today I will be baking/cooking to prepare for that and starting tomorrow. BUT I'll be going to Sydney on the weekend for my bestie's birthday party, so I'll try to follow the principals of LCD if I can, so starting for proper proper next Monday. If we rollover the 6 weeks then that would be excellent I think...

    I also have a pack of jersey caramels and a twix I'd better finish off today. Sigh.

    Oats cooked in boiled water with banana, chobani Nat Greek yoghurt & cinnamon
