Congrats Rainbow. That's great news. And it is a bit of a pain changing your name on things. My passport was the most annoying

Awesome news Rainbow!!!! Growing up in a household where we all had different surnames, this was a dream for me. If I wasn't married to DH, I would have changed me name too! I can't remember who said it about school, but yes, I can't agree more - makes it so much easier! When I was in high school, I was knocked out and they needed to call my mum. This is going back some years, so they still had all our records on cards and the admin lady didn't check the card, just assumed I had the same surname, so she called my mum's work asking for Mrs Davis - ofcourse, they had never heard of a Mrs Davis and I was in hospital for 6 hours with concussion before mum found out! And she only found out when calling my best friend's house looking for me!
Unfortunately from that experience, mum then hyphenated my surname and now all her kids have hyphenated surnames (4 kids, 3 fathers- many, many, many, many years between each of us!).
I didn't find changing my name on anything a hard experience at all. So many people talk about it being such a hassle, but I found it simple as!

Just had my OB appt and he is very happy and bub is nestled down very low. Said it should make for a great birth as bub is turned in prime position - man I hope so

Haven't heard from my friend all day, so I guess she has had really bad news How did you go Little Ted?

That's great news Rainbow. I hope your new name is easier to spell than your old one! I never appreciated my nice 5 letter maiden name til I got married and changed it to a difficult to spell out 12 letter one

That's great that bub is positioned perfectly. Sienna was always positioned well, and pushing her out was easy (took 18 mins and thanks to epidural, I didn't feel it)

I hope your friend is ok
