My waters broke slowly like a leak, I spent the day at the hair dressers getting foils. Had the santa pic taken with the kids and santa...best pic ever, they took it just as the santa asked when i was due and I told him I was in labour! His face is priceless!!! And the other just at home.

My DH and I went to the hospital to get some 'discharge' checked...it was a slow hind water leak with meconium. So I was admitted to be induced the next morning at 7am when I went into labour spontaneously at 5am!

I went into labour as I walked out of my OB's office the day before my due date, then gave birth on the due date

DS - on hospital bed at 42 weeks

DD - was in BigW at almost exactly 12pm. Felt contractions start, quickly hurried home (lived 3 minutes walk from there in an apartment), at 3:15pm I was in the delivery suite and after just 6 minutes of 'pushing' (more like 'she fell out of me') I was holding DD. Nearly didn't make it to hospital!

In the car picking DF from his last day of work before paternity leave. I was about 1 week overdue and wasn't due to be induced for a few days so we thought we'd had a couple of days together before he arrived!

Sleeping both times. First time I woke up to mild contractions in the morning. The second time I woke up to my waters breaking at 3am.
