    Default Puregon question

So a bit of back story - I'm on CD16 of my second round of puregon injections. I had an u/s on CD11 which showed tiny follies and no response to 50iu. FS had me increase the dose to 75iu and rescanned on CD14 which still showed no change. I'm now CD16 and have EWCM, and my OPK is getting darker, so O should be around the corner. But my FS's office is closed for the weekend, and I don't know if I should keep up the injections. Last month she told me to stop the injections and O on my own (no trigger - as IUI had to be cancelled).

Can I O while still taking injections? I wi call FS first thing Monday, but not sure if I should keep taking the
    Puregon. Any ideas?

    TIA

Surely you have a 24 hour number for your clinic? Find it and call it, not good enough to be unavailable on the weekends. Go to casualty department if you can contact the clinic, they surely will have someone on staff who will have a contact for your Fs. Other than that I am not much help.

Nope, no 24 hour number I know of. It's a through a private hospital with no emergency department :-( we live in a regional area with not great facilities.

My OPK hasn't turned positive today like I expected, so I should be able to keep going on the injections until tomorrow.
