Simply that you cannot expect every person seeking asylum from scores of countries, each with their own background, language, education level and trauma leaving behind countries with threats of war, famine, violence, rape and torture to all fit into one "system". Including children.

That label gets used way too often in an attempt to silence debate. Very disappointing.
I don't think it was used to silence you, anyone with experience debating you in a thread knows that nothing silences you

But...others have drawn that conclusion through other threads, not just to do with asylum seekers, so maybe you should consider changing your approach if you feel it's an unfair label.

I'll take the first point as a compliment. Thanks.

Are you included in the 'others'? Maybe you can help orlyon provide me with an example of what constitutes a racist comment or view.
Maybe even say which race I am apparently against?

I'm not going to get involved in that aspect.

I think these are some of the things that make prioritizing via method of arrival such a slippery slope.

Some questions for you regarding that family if that is ok.
    Where were they from?
How did they arrive in Australia?
Did they arrive with any papers/passports?

They are from Sudan. The other information I'm not privy to as its not related to my role.
