I don't drink regularly enough to be able to say X amount of days a week.

When I do drink, I often drink in excess. Last time I had a drink was July 5th, and I had about half a bottle of white wine at a birthday party. Before that, it was sometime in May.

Not regularly, but I'll probably buy a bottle of wine maybe once a fortnight.

I buy a bottle of wine sometime and that week I'll drink 2-3 night (till the bottle is gone lol) but then I might not drink for a month... Or I might buy another the following week. Definitely more in summer but not really regularly.

These are results are the exact opposite of that silly show. They numbers were something like 86 % of mothers drank 6 or more days a week.

Drinking to what extent though? Are they drinking to excess 6 nights a week or are they having a glass of wine or a beer with dinner or when the kids have gone to bed?

Some weeks none, some weeks one or two nights a week (a few wines) or maybe one big night for a big occasion! So it just depends on what's on... This week none so far

When I'm pregnant I don't drink. When not pregnant I have a few drinks 3-4 times per week

I have a cider after my son is in bed most nights. I find it satisfies my sweet craving and I don't eat dessert. Il have a few if I go out. Didn't drink at all when pregnant and ttc
