My Beloved Ones - we all yo-yo at some point. As long as you put it behind you and get back into it, then there is no great harm done.

Thanks ladies. Gaining weight was a bit of a reality check for me.
I've stocked the fridge with yummy low fat snacks and basics. What are your favourite low fat snacks/meals? We might be able to get some ideas off each other
Avocado and tomato on corn thins
Home made sushi
Grilled chicken and salad wrap
Smoked salmon baby spinach and low fat cream cheese wrap
Fruit salad kebabs
I also have the disgusted feelings about myself but over the years I've learnt to move on better & just keep going & not dwell on it. I've also learnt that a few bad days doesn't ruin everything. It's taken time but I have finally learnt these things!!
My favourite snacks at the moment are:
Handful of almonds
Crumpet with honey
My favourite lunch is:
Mountain wrap with hummus, baby spinach, and canned tuna
I am craving smoked salmon at the moment - will have it in a focaccia for dinner tomorrow night. Nom nom nom
