Is anyone else using Mother's Mix smoothies? I used the LBW smoothies and they tasted ok but I got so annoyed getting my blender out twice a day to make them. I have a light sleeper too so I was always worried I would wake her up with the blender! So I switched to Mother's Mix as they already contain fruit so you just shake them up with milk and you're done. They're really tasty too! They've been working really well for me

I just got some LBW smoothies....I made my first today, and just shook it up with milk, it tasted fine....quite yummy. I will add ice tomorrow and use the blender.

Well done on the losses mia & mrsl!!

I'm back from a little holiday and surprisingly have a loss to report! Down to 58kg, so a 1kg loss over the last few weeks and only 1 or 2kg to get to goal
