    Default Post pregnancy weight loss!

    Hi ladies!
My little girl is 4 weeks old today & I've lost all but 100g of my pregnancy weight!
I still have a bit more to lose though as I was a little bigger than what I would have liked to be when I fell pregnant. So if you'd like to join me-the more the merrier!

    So:
    Pre-preg weight 68kg
    Full term weight 80kg
    Current weight 68.1kg
    Goal weight 64kg

I won't be doing anything drastic as I'm BF. Just eating a healthy balanced diet & going walking as many days of the week that bubs & the weather allows!

Looking forward to doing this with you!

Thanks MrsT! Probably would have & should have been more of a loss but last week was terrible! I ate so bad! Have cleaned it up this week so far!

Embarrassingly enough I gained a couple of kilos after I'd lost 9kg lol I'm exercising a lot more now though and eating better. Its hard though dd is teething already so not sleeping well and feeding a lot for comfort so I'm really tired and hungry all the time.

My baby is also teething, and has been for a couple weeks now. I wish the tooth would come through already! She has one that came through with not as much disruption, just a couple of sleepless nights. This next one has been insane. I haven't had 4 hours sleep a night for weeks

On to the weight loss- I have eaten porridge for breakfast and am going to try and go for a walk later this arvo. We have swimming lessons today so looking forward to that.

Do you mind if I join? I've been part of 2 6 week weight loss challenges, and the 2nd is about to finish on Monday - I've liked having the accountability of having to post my weigh-ins each week so it would be good to be part of another thread that will keep me on track

ETA: I had DS2 3.5 months ago and am bf'ing, so not doing anything drastic to lose the weight just trying to eat healthy and control portion sizes.

Oh my goodness - teething already?! How many weeks is your little girl now?

Yeah I'm suprised I hadn't gained any after last week! Back on track now though!

It's hard feeling hungry all the time though!

Oh gosh I'm not looking forward to teething!!

Porridge for breakfast is the best! I'm finding 2 weetbix & milk is quicker to make & eat though! Hopefully I have time for porridge again soon!

We just went for a 7km walk!
