    Thanks everyone for the comments.

If I go through TAFE, is there still some online support ie: chat forums etc with fellow students? I am leaning towards enrolling in TAFE (which is external paper-based) but I think I would still need some connection with fellow students so hopefully there are forums you can communicate with students on? Don't think I could do it with just a book and that's it! Its so hard working out what the best way to go is, but your comments and advice have really helped, thank you all

I guess it depends on the TAFE. I've studied through Oten and they have facebook groups for each different study area (accounting, property, business, etc) as well as hold online classes where you can chat via microphone with the class and teacher. I never utilised it but would be handy if you need clarification on something.
