Work place bullying is wrong on so many levels. Unfortunately it's also very common. Your poor dh. I feel for both of you. I hope he finds a better job and that his confidence is not ruined by this awful experience. I have experienced a fraction of the bullying that your dh has copped and it took me a long time to recover. Good luck - you deserve better

All I can say is wow!! Has he spoken to fair work australia? There should be some sort of investigation if he believes he was unfairly demoted..?? I'm so sorry this has happened

how awful. I'm sorry you are going thru this, it's not fair. I hope your dh finds a good job asap and you can move on. Unfortunately the world is full of bullies. they are shallow gutless people with no backbone. What goes around hopefully comes around.

Thankyou every one - I accidently deleted my previous post when I went to edit it. Waggers - I feel for you having to go through that - I feel for anyone going through bullying in any way Summer Fun - We have spoken to DH's after he was originally stood down. What they have done is not legal but DH is yet to talk with them about this. He works very long days and is going to type an email tonight when he gets home. Minchi - I just don't know what prompt's people to bully others. I would like to think one day that they realise what they have done is wrong - and feel bad about it.

That's really unfair for your dh I think that those other workers should be ashamed of themselves, grown men acting like a$$holes I really feel sorry for you guys and hope that your dh lands a job soon working with real people not backstabbers

I am so sorry that your dh and your whole family have gone through such a horrific time. I pray that your dh gets a great job soon.
