How does it work with the synarel you start with this first? we will be doing the ICSI route again, with dh's low count they said we need to. Yeh I guess with the fert rate we were just so devasted with not having even one fertilise, it was all over within a day and we were gutted hoping this next round is better , gl with your next apt

    Hi Booboo

Yes, you usually start the Synarel spray on day 21 of your cycle and keep sniffing it (usually twice a day....once in the morning and once at night) up to when you trigger.

You will get a period usually at the normal time (my cycles average at 27/28 days...so my period came 7 or 8 days after I started the Synarel), you'll continue using the spray and that will slowly put you into a temporary menopause, shutting off your ovaries. You usually will start jabbing on day 3 of your next cycle and keep on going as normal (sniffing the spray and jabbing) until EPU.

Oh luv......I can only imagine how gutted you and your DH were after last time But I have every faith that this time will be different for you both. Am keeping my for you that it will and sending you truckloads of There's every reason to believe that things will be better for you both this time around

AFM....just counting down the days and the AF's until I can cycle again. Have been battling a nasty head cold this last week, but I'm over the worst of it now. Thanks for your well wishes luv and best of luck to you both!!! I'll be watching how you go and you on from the sidelines!!!!

    Hi Becksta..........

Follicle count sounds great!!! 12 is a number I dream about!!! they're all ready to go by EPU and are all mature eggies too!!!

Yep, I always start feeling like I've been hit by a bus too towards the end, but you're nearly there now girl Keep us updated on how you go won't you?? Good luck love and to you.

Hi Booboo...... Am over the cold, thank God!! You have a good week yourself. Will be your turn before you know it!!! to you girl!!

I really hope the DHEA works for us (and the Melatonin too if you're doing that. I am)
Take care ladies. Until next time............

    Hi Booboo.......

Last cycle, I was told to drop the DHEA caps down to 1x25mg a day from day after EPU until BT day. If you get a BFP (and that you do......) just make sure you let them know when you go for your next lot of bloods that you have been taking DHEA. Just check with your FS/FN to see what they want you to do. I think next cycle I'm going to stop the DHEA entirely from EPU until BT.

For any other ladies following who are also using the Melatonin like myself, I totally stopped taking it from EPU until BT day on my last cycle just in case you're wondering. to us all!!!!........................
