I've used them, DH has used them and my brother has used them all with different retailers and all with no problems. ☺️

We got our aircon fixed through them when I was 17ish weeks pregnant. They still haven't taken money from our account and we were supposed to have it paid off by now!!

Edit: DD is now 4 months old.

    Default Not recommended

I had an 2 accounts with Certigy every second week I was charged $15 fee, had enough funds in the bank however they would not refund the $15 fee. I questioned my bank and they said I had more than enough sufficient funds to cover the payment. When I spoke to Certigy customer service they refuse to give me my money back,No body care about me as a customer didn't,I close my accounts in December I had 3 phone calls to make sure my accounts are closed, this month I got charged $3.50 as member fee, spoke to Daniele in customer service he said I only closed one so the other account still open which they will still charge me every month, I explaind to him in away he told me I'm lair and go bang your head in the wall. They are the biggest stealing company I have seen, can't get my money back.

Thumbs down absolutely disgraceful customer service about a refund of a monthly fee of $2.90 :(

I will stay away from Certegy Ezipay too, after I spent some hours on the phone, because I was charged a monthly fee after the payment was finalized and I haven't received a letter stating that, so I could have closed the account immediately, but they wouldn't refund the $2.90
This is where they get their money from, ones the credit is paid back the account stays open and they charge a monthly account keeping fee. BTW, as far as I'm concerned it's a bit of a trick anyway, yes they don't charge interest, but I had to pay a $60 fee to open an account and also a monthly account keeping fee which is added to the monthly/fortnightly repayments.
I have never ever had a more disgraceful treatment over a refund of a lousy $2.90, which I should have been given, if only as a good will gesture, for the inconvenience this has caused me, as any good company would have done.

Yes, they get their monthly processing fee but they actually get the bulk of their money from the store you purchase from. The store pays them a percentage of the sale.

I had the same issue with the $2.90 fee once I closed my account. They debated that I had not closed the account and demanded proof. Luckily I closed the account via a text message so was able to screen shot and email it to them. They refunded it in the end but I guess overall they would make a killing charging all customers that $2.90 once they have closed their accounts as only a fraction of all customers would dispute it.
