    I have a list of foods to consume and not consume... I purchased a protein shake to drink before I feed bub because we usually have a little snooze after depends. I exercise a lot as I don't drive.

    I got all my new tablets yesterday those on top of my 5 epilepsy meds I feel like a nanna 😳 I am getting them webstered (sp) thanks girls

    Would u mind sharing what type of foods are recommended to eat
    I suffer depression medicated 100mg pristiq but still feel so run down & constantly on edge & very tired but can't sleep

    Just thought I would add that caffeine and milk hinders the iron ability to be processed into your body.

    No wheat no dairy & I'm allergic to peanuts (well I have intolerance so I guess not allergy)

    She said protein, before bub wakes. 1/2 nuts and fruit as snack then lunch palm size of hand and veg or salad. If its salmon or tuna the bigger tuna not small tins. Eggs for breakfast eat about 3. Basically protein protein!!!!!!

    Switch to green tea ugh!!!

    Hmmmmm that sounds like a lot of hard work. Think ill just stick with my protein shake

    I got a protein shake but its wheat free and dairy free.

    I find it hard work so I'm making my DF help I have no motivation! Lol
