You will find cheap rates on you local classifieds on fb or private cleaners. Most charge around $25 an hour. To get a full professional clean including carpets will set you back roughly $600-700. That includes everything required to real estate standard and more often than not a guarantee that it will pass. If it doesn't they will go back and fix it. That will be everything inside as well as the windows inside and out.

We paid $350 for 4 bed with 2 bathrooms! They did everything including the oven, garage, cleaned the carpets! It was so good just being able to walk out and let someone else do the work!

We paid similar for the same clean. A lot of places offer a bond clean and a guarantee. I also found that once our rental was listed as available, the fliers & ads started flooding our letterbox. Over 25 in 2 weeks!
