Hey RocketQueen I totally agree with Wheaty. You are not failing as you are concerned and looking for help. I see that as courage and will to take action about it.
I dont have lots of knowledge in depression and anxiety so I am sorry in advance if I am not answering properly. But I can only guess that getting into a new occupation or passion that brings you joy and get you focused can help you forget negative thoughts.
Maybe find an occupation to do with your daughter such as gardening, painting or going to a painting class could be a good option too, also getting back to do sports can help bring back energy. Yoga can be helpful too.
It always bring positivity to try something new and focus your attention to it.
Not sure this is of major help but couldnt stay indifferent.
