    Hi BB4Me,

I am so sorry to read your story and think you are incredibly brave to just get on with it I am sure your frozen embies are safe! Surely a clinic like that would have back up generators etc to ensure the labs contents are safe and sound.

Hopefully, I will have an answer Monday. I've told myself just 2 more jabs!!! If the specialist wants to keep me on progesterone I am going to insist on some other form as my poor partner is getting traumatized giving the needles to me

I haven't looked at dates when we will go back. We just need to get this behind us but you never know we could be heading over at the same time.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend

January - I really feel for you. I can't believe all of this is still dragging on for you. The emotional heartache is agony. At the beginning of the year when I was miscarrying, I was in a similar situation, they had me continue taking the Progesterone Pessaries until they knew for sure that I was going to miscarry. Can you get your hands on any Crinone or Progesterone Pesseries? It certainly would at least ease your physical pain a bit?

AFM - I didn't drink enough water on Friday, so yesterday ended up with an extremely severe migraine. So bad, that I had to get my husband to take me to our Dr - who gave me a shot of Morphine! I have never been so ill from a headache in my life! To make things worse, the Morphine made me sick to the stomach and then I couldn't keep anything down - not even a sip of water. Thankfully I have woken up this morning feeling almost normal again and have been able to get back into my normal routine re food and drink. I will be getting as much water into myself as I can today, because I never want another Lucrin headache like that one again! That was scary.

Lots of love and positive energy to all you wonderful Bubhubbers. You're all in my thoughts. xx

Oh Rainbow you poor love, that sounds horrific and scary!!!

My girlfriend who is an IVF nurse told me to make sure I drink heaps of water as it helps flush the hormones out. I had 2 migraines last week, but not nearly as bad as yours

    Hi Ladies
i don't really have anything to report. I don't know if I said so but I had my hysterosalpingam and breast ultrasound last Friday. both were clear. I have told the clinic to expect the reports and asked them to let me know what, if any medications Dr Jequier is happy to prescribe for me. I have a couple of alternatives I can use if she's not happy to work with me though I'd rather have the scans done there as it is an easy, familiar journey to that clinic. I was expecting to hear back within a couple of days but haven't heard back yet. I foolishly said I wasn't in a rush.

I am amazed at the determination and persistence I see in this thread of late. Stiff upper lip really doesn't cover the strength I see here. My deepest sympathies to those of you who have not succeeded this time round, or who are finding the road a bit rocky. My heartfelt congratulations to those who have reason to be on cloud 9!

I think this is the most amazing thread on the forum right now.

    Good morning ladies

Sorry I have been MIA, AF was a doozy and I haven't been feeling great. I did have a look at donors last night even though we can't book until October I need to read back to see where everyone is!!

January, oh my gosh I can't believe your still in limbo you poor thing, I hope something gets figured out so you can either continue on with a healthy pregnancy or move on to planning a new cycle.

Rainbow, I had the Prostap injection and I got migraines regularly until I started taking Estrogen. Once I started taking that I felt great, but yeah drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

Pixel, not long now are you getting excited?

Hi everyone else, I need to go back and read through so I can figure out where you all are!!

    Hi girls,

Had my blood test this morning and now just waiting for the bad news. This has been my 4th transfer with donor eggs so I am a bit over it to be honest. Sick of the pressure it puts on the family, emotionally and financially. Just the same, gotta pick myself up, shake myself off and get ready for a fresh cycle with 2 new donors. Bla bla bla.... here we go again!

It's been pretty tough on here lately with lots of bad news so we are certainly due for some good news. Hoping that Anait and Sunny can brighten it up. Thinking of you girls. xx

Anyway, I will let you know once I am officially a no!

Hope you are all well. Big hugs to you all.

    Donna x

January - How did you go with the specialist today?

DJ - Im hoping for a nice little surprise for you today.

Crystal - Glad to hear you are feeling better.

    Anait - Any news hun?

Net - Sounds like things are starting to move along for you.

Rainbow - That sounds like a doozy of a migraine...hope your bouncing back.

    Hi everyone.

    AFM
BT day tomorrow. Not sure how I feel about it all....I think secretly Im a bit scared.

Bodywise I feel exactly like any of my other cycles which have been negative, so maybe the writing is on the wall. All the strong AF ache, pains, cramps have settled down since Sunday, which seems to be typical for me.....all action in the first week and then nothing the second week. I still get a bit of AF type cramping but nowhere near as strong or as often.

Have lots of symptoms, but we all know that it can be attributed to the progesterone.....peeing a heck of a lot, dull headache since about Wednesday last week, increased CM, fine one minute and then huge fatigue (?jetlag), AF cramps, backaches...sometimes I just don't feel myself, almost like Im about to come down with a cold, but Im recovering from the one that I got in Cape Town. So I guess tomorrow will tell.

Did everyone else have their blood tests at 10dp5dt? January, when did you test with your day 3 embies?

Hoping you are all well on your journeys.

...forgot to say...I have gone into self-preservation mode and starting Plan B just in case it is a negative tomorrow.

About a year ago I put in for 5 weeks leave in January, so I have been looking at flights to head back over for a FET, either Boxing Day or a couple of days after that. Would like it to be sooner, but I don't think I can move my leave now...6 months will go quick and it will allow me to really get into shape. Hope I wont need Plan B!!!
