    Question balance bikes

Hi, Im after a balance bike for my three and a half year old. His inseam length is 38cm and so far I have narrowed down the important features for us to be:
    -air tyres
-alloy frame pref but could be steal
    -no footrests
-a break would be nice but not essential

So looking around I really struggled. The JD Bug seemed the closest but the seat height said 35-39cm so we are already almost maxing it out and Im worried about how much use he will get out of it. The other one I came across was the Kinderbike Laufrad, that seemed to tick all the boxes but I can't find anyone who sells it is Australia.

Any suggestions? Does anyone have any experience with the JD Bug and was the seat height an issue?

We have the monty push bike - very sturdy, DS is quite tall as well and the seat is adjustable - we got it for his 2nd birthday but he has only just started to use it (2.7)

We bought a cheap bmx bike off ebay, took the pedals and the crank off (the part that attaches the pedals to the bike frame) and v-wula! A balance bike

Once DS got used to that and was able to balance well enough, we put the pedals back on.

    A cheap alternative
