I am currently 8 weeks pregnant with #2. My 1st pregnancy was HORRIBLE mood wise. Apparently my partner was too afraid to breath at times! We just told my brother we were having another baby and the 1st thing he asked was 'when does the b#!@h kick in?!'
Anywho, my question is, is there anything 'herbal' that I can take? Or anything I could try (currently looking into yoga) to ease the mood swings? And please tell me I'm not alone!
I do have a history of depression also which my doc says can have an impact.
