I find the whole ttc thing disheartening and disappointing at times, don't ever feel the ability to be positive any month really with the DH is. Could wish it would be different when the house is built but i don't plan on waiting another 9 months, then there there will be something else stressing him and making him too tired or too busy to be home actually ttc. Only BD once this month, reminded DH he has to lift his game and try a little harder.

The old school friend who announced she was pg with her 7th the day after i got AF last month is now winging on Facebook that she needs a bigger house and poor them realtors won't rent to a family of 9 with multiple animals. She is having the audacity to winge about our Dept of housing that they are being selfish not just giving them a home despite it being their choice to keep having children and complaining about teachers not coping with autistic daughter labelling them as stupid and crap yet she spent weeks talking about putting her into an institution as she can't cope at home. So over daily complaints from everyone winging about their kids when they have chosen to have them and continue to have more. I just want one atm and will be very greatful to have them.

TTC is emotionally draining, the longer it takes for some people the more resilient they get to the disappointment but for others (like me) the longer it takes the more stressed DH and I have become. Then if you find out you need IVF you still hold on to the hope that you might just get that miracle because you hear so many stories of 'so and so who went to see a fs and never ended up getting treatment because she fell pregnant', then when it doesn't happen every single thing starts to make you angry and anxious and you just can't help it. I hate hearing friends complain about their kids, but they have every right to! I evil eye pregnant women in the street, but how do I know that their story isn't a long and hard one? I crack it at people who say oh well, IVF isnt the worst thing or its not the end of the world, no its not but its financially draining, emotionally draining and hard on your body in some cases and I have every right to be upset that I have to go through this! It's a long process and its never a guarantee to get you a baby in your arms. People mean well but sometimes the most sincere comments can be hurtful. My point is, no matter what your story is TTC is damn hard for some and really, no one could ever understand what anyone else is going through until they are in their exact position. I find myself insanely jealous of friends who fall pregnant at the drop of a hat, and some days at my lowest of lows I have very large amounts of anger toward them but they don't deserve it, and, it's only natural for me to feel that way. The ups and downs of this is excruciating. Our bodies constantly trick us, there's been endless cycles I was 100% sure it was my month, only to be broken in to bits when AF arrives. I feel for every single one of you ladies who is facing another failed month, whether you have been trying a month or 2 years it's absolutely devastating and I whole heartedly wish for a BFP boom at the end of this month, I think we all need to see a flood of beautiful double pink lines. Good luck to everyone still to test this month. Sorry for the long post, I'm just feeling slightly emotional tonight, lol.

    xx

I find it hard too when anyone complains about their kids... They don't know how lucky they are!!!
I'm just trying to focus on how grateful I am to have a fabulous and supportive DH, and a beautiful fur baby. We may adopt if we can't have kids - although it's a lengthy difficult process too. I'm hoping to have at least 1 baby & would be forever grateful

Hi all - an update from me today. Tested this AM - 10/11 DPO and BFN.

Had AF cramps on Tues/Wed and today - nothing. Hoping then that those cramps were implantation cramps.

AF is due Saturday as I think I have a shorter luteal phase than normal.

Will test again in the morning Couldn't hold out until AF was due.. Shouldn't do it to myself though as my heart sinks with every BFN.

    Hey guys

trying to keep up with the thread whilst trying not to be a Bubhub addict to keep myself relaxed. Hugs butterfly and yes completely agree with you...TTC is a *****. Only thing that keeps you going is knowing how worth the trouble it will be once you have that bundle of joy in your arms.

Butterfly can you please put me down as the 32st? That would be either 13 or 14dpo I think. Thinking I may have O'd yesterday or today. Lots of O pains yesterday and a bit today. So happy that it looks like I've O'd earlier than I ever have since coming off the pill on CD24/25 of this month. Which means it will hopefully be one of my shortest cycles too! Hoping this is a sign that my body is in good shape for this month and fx a BFP! DTD tonight, last night, night before and two nights before that so fx we have done all we can.
