TTC and 2WW is Such an emotional roller coaster!!!
The TTC journey is full of anxiety & nervousness. And unless you get your BFP, every month is a disappointment because there is only one ideal outcome. There's no 2nd prize here, you either are PG or you are not.

I think the best thing to do is try & stay positive & don't look too much into your symptoms. I think sometimes our bodies can trick us when we want something THAT much.

And places like this are wonderful to share thoughts, experiences and information too.

    Baby dust all around!

My hopes go sky high each month. For instance, today is a good example (though a terrible one) only 4dpo...and logically thinking implantation wouldn't be until at least around 6dpo and something possibly coming up from 8dpo onwards, even though this is a little early too for my body and past experience.

Hence, I have been feeling super tired, bloated and nauseous at times...so I took a test and tried to convince myself there was a line there that even added sunshine failed to reveal (if anyone knows the magic formula to bringing up that second line now is your time in the spotlight).

As a result, I wasted a FRER, but on a brighter note I will better know my due date if I do eventually get a BFP - it's all in the name of science really.

And yes, I kept it...just in the hope that a line will suddenly become visible whilst I'm not looking at it. A watched pregnancy test never doubles its lines.

Thanks ladies for your supportive messages, it's nice to know others feel the same way. I suppose the waiting and anticipation will just make the eventual BFP even sweeter when it finally arrives!!!
I think because I, like many others out there, have another medical condition (some would say it's a disability) that I was hoping this baby making thing would be more simple, as managing my condition is the hard part.

Well for more BFPs in the next couple weeks ladies and good luck to you!!! I genuinely hope you all get your BFPs very soon

Yes, i am so glad to have others who are in the same boat as me to share it with... I keep trying to calculate when I can test, but I really really want to hold out till after AF is due.

I'm with you Bake. I wish I had the willpower to wait till AF was due & test when it didn't show up to try & avoid disappointment (plus save $$$ on all those damn tests). I did it with both my girls, I tested the day AF was due & somehow managed to wait even though I felt I was PG.

Maybe I'm just losing patience with age? Lol

Every cycle I get disappointed when AF arrives. I've tried being positive & being realistic/neutral & it makes no difference. I still ball my eyes out when that b¡t¢h shows her ugly face! It doesn't help that our bodies trick us with fake symptoms, even when we're not expecting them, so can't possibly be making them up! E.g. I have been dizzy today (7dpo) & had a bit of a temp drop. This hasn't happened at this point in my cycle before, so of course it must be implantation... right? I'm just dreading the seemingly inevitable sobbing that will ensue in about 8 days. Or, even worse, if the cow comes "early" because I miscalculated o!

I hate this cr@p. It should be fun & exciting. Instead it's hard work & devastating. The only thing that keeps me going is when I see the lovely ladies on here who get BFPs after a much longer & harder journey than I've endured!

    Keep those BFPs coming!!!

I am sitting here googling "pregnancy symptoms at 6dpo" lol and then trying not to get excited that I am tired, nauseous and have a killer headache, all of which are listed.... But it's crazy, more than likely implantation wouldn't have even happened at this stage, so they have to all just be coincidence right.... Oh if only the days would go a bit faster

Just the ttc days can go faster - normal life can slow down a pace or two!

Congratulations to everyone with a BFP!
AF was late so I tested yesterday morning and got a BFN - and then sneaky AF arrived yesterday evening. Dammit. Next time!
