I read that article too, it doesn't sound real AT ALL. Interesting names, I have definitely seen worse though 😂

Ok so normally I'm not too phased by unusual names, but a friend of a friend just had a baby boy and named him...

    Rhyk

    Pronounced

    RAKE.

    Wtf??

Oh no! Rake in itself is a bit questionable for my taste let alone having youneek spelling!

The name I'm considering for Belly Bub would make both my children's names come from one TV show. I was worried about it but I suddenly am not less and less, with all these youneek names floating around my kids names will be too boring to notice I think!

Looks like it should be pronounced Rick or Reek!

    Truly an awful choice.

Sunrise did a live cross to the weather forecast segment & when asking a father during an interview what his toddler son's name was, he replied "Ernest"

WHY would any parent name their child such a hideous old fashioned name??

I can understand family tradition/tribute...but use it as a middle name FFS's!!!

No doubt with kids being what they are, that poor child is bound to cop shiz about it his whole childhood & no doubt beyond!!

Beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that.

I believe Ernest is making a comeback, along with a lot of little old man and old lady names. I think it has an adorable quality, especially the nickname Ernie

I just hope they didn't have another son called Bertram, because then they would have had Bert and Ernie.
