    So do I! I couldn't imagine doing that to my child lol it's just the spelling of some names that make u think 'what were they thinking?!'

    Or those with super traditional names, turn 18 then whip off to the registry and change their names to something like....Captain Matte Brown* (colour changed to give him a bit of privacy)....😱 true story. I always think of the effort his parents went to, to pick a name for their baby and cringe.

    I knew a guy once who changed his name to Meow-Ludo Disco Gamma Meow-Meow!

    nor us!! we are both Roman Catholic (christened and did all the churchy stuff right up until confirmation although not really by choice) but definitely very unchurchy.

    I just like the sound of the old biblical names, plus they're laden with meaning and can usually all be shortened down to something cute. eg I'm liking Ezekiel right now, which shortened down to zeke is super cute (well I think so lol).

    plus it's nothing like the "yoooonique" names that we seem to keep hearing about but also a little unusual in their own right.
