    I think we all have different opinions on what constitutes a horrible name and I would hate to offend anyone - but I am not big on made up names or weird spellings or names that are surnames (Mckenzie, Cooper etc). I don't think this means they are horrible - just not to my taste

    Just had to add this but my sisters friends younger brother is called Titan after the Gold Coast Titans. I thought it was a bit extreme naming your kid after your favourite team lol

    Given that and the frustration of having to spell my name for everyone (and getting called Annie all the time), I spelled my DDs normal name normally lol (misspelled names bug me so much).
    I personally think having a beautiful name like Amie (if I'm assuming correctly!) is worth not having personalised stationery!

    I know a Harry Harrison? And there is a fairly well known doctor in SA, David David. I dont think these are horrible... just, really? There are no other names you kind of liked enough to call your child?!
