As a teacher, ive seen some dooseys. Once taught a girl named KC (pronounced casey) I was marking the roll and i kept saying, yeah i know your initialls but what is your name?! Nearly sent her outside because i thought she was being defiant lol.
Once taught a girl named 'wonita' (supposed to be spelt 'juanita'). Her family were carnies so not very literate.
Taught a girl who said she was driving past a paddock and saw a beautiful name on an old oil drum 'kerosene' (she pronounced it 'kerosonie') and named her daughter that.
Although on the flipside, taught a girl named shevaun (which is usually spelt 'siobhan') so im glad her parents spelt that phonetically.
I mostly dislike when kids names are misspelt e.g. tieghan. They say to me, "miss, youve misspelt my name" and i feel like saying, "no, your parents misspelt your name when they filked in your birth certificate forms" lol.

I saw online that Mackenzie from Teen Mom 3 is pregnant with her 3rd child - a boy named Broncs. WAT?

Her other children's names aren't so great either - Gannon (boy) and Jaxie (girl).

Just came across a 'Braxton' (not really horrible but it just makes me think of Braxton hicks). Then a 'Tim Tham' and a 'Texas'.

Although in saying all this, if i ever do get my miracle baby, and its a boy, i am seriously thinking of naming him Ozzy (yes, as in ozzy osbourne) What does everyone think of that? Be brutal ladies, it hasnt happened yet so i wont be insulted. :-)
