Made up names, misspelled names, brand names and other unique names bug me (I feel sympathy for the poor kid having to live with that name, it really does get frustrating). So I'm a bit boring in my name preferences, these days though that's more unique then the unique names lol. My pets do have more interesting type names (tv, book characters I like ).
All that being said, often after meeting a person with a different name nothing else would suit them iykwim So no judging or anything, it's just my person taste

If it makes you feel any better, I have a normal name that I have to spell out 80% of the time. I can hardly ever find it on any key rings, mugs, nothing. My name is spelt normally and it's a classic name so it's not only unusual names.

Not someone IRL, but whenever I hear "worst baby names" I always think of the movie Adams Family Values, where they name their baby Pubert

And I also have a "normal" name with "normal" spelling but am always having to spell it to people as well.

My dad still claims that the best name is Brian. His surname is O'Brien.

I work in tourism so see all sorts of names but mostly they are quite normal names for the country of origin. Personaly I love celtic names but stay away from them for my own children because people don't seem to get names like that.

I know of a Courtley. Her parents couldn't decide between Courtney and Ashley so they combined the names.

Have just spoken to a friend who last week met a little girl called Sprinkle!! I'm sorry, I don't mean to offend anyone, but that is just plain silly why would you do that to your child?
