I have a quick question for anyone using progesterone pessaries: do you have to lie down for half an hour afterwards? I have used them before but it was ages ago & I'm not 100% sure! Thanks.

    Maybe,

Yes I was told to lie down for 30 mins after using them. If it was running out to put my knees up, after a few mins.

,Congrats maybebaby, exciting news! for the bt on Thurs! Unfortunately I didn't get to go to my bt today as I first had a negative hpt on Sat, then AF arrived yesterday But after a very emotional weekend I'm looking forwards & hoping we can start another FET cycle right away with our one remaining frostie.

Congrats maybebaby!! You must be over the moon! Hope your numbers keep rising and all goes well for Thurs' test.

As for pessaries, i use one every evening. Clinic told me to put one in just before going to bed. Generally once I've inserted it I get into bed and go straight to sleep. Word of warning - yesterday i got thrush from using them and had to get some external cream (no applicators or oral medication). Didn't happen last cycle, so hopefully it won't happen to you.

Frances - yay, 9 eggs is great! Hope they all fertilise over night and grow into lovely embies! Rest up after EPU.

Que sera sera, so sorry to hear about your BFN. Its so heartbreaking.

I've got my beta test tomorrow and not feeling very positive about things

Francesthecat, great numbers for your EPU. Hope they all work their magic and grow into nice little blasties for you.

Maybebaby, congrats on your BFP! I hope those numbers keep rising for you. Hopefully it’s a sticky one in there and in the right place. Good luck for Thursday. In relation to the pessaries, I find it easy to get up and put one in an hour before I actually get up and then just before going to bed.

Que sera sera, sorry to hear your news. Good luck with your next cycle.

    Orchids, good luck for tomorrow.

AFM, all went well with my follow up beta today. Levels are rising nicely so I might tentatively jump across to a due date thread - so nervous something will go wrong. Argghh! I think for me, it’s just about taking little steps with all of this and I am thankful to have got this far.
    Babydust to you all.
