So I feel like a bit of an idiot. Started sniffing a few days ago - ugh, headache. Then first growth hormone and menapur injections last night. For the first time, I had a bit of a meltdown about it all, so much so that hubby, who doesn't cope with needles at all, had to pitch in and mix the menapur. I was in such a state I used the puregon pen to inject the growth hormone, instead of the omnitrope (growth hormone) pen... [insert multiple expletives here]... and therefore had given myself the wrong dose. Of course Slade had shut 7 minutes earlier, so I had to call the FS to see if I had just screwed everything up. Apparently not. But I still feel like a bit of an idiot, and still haven't worked out if I gave myself too much or too little growth hormone. Anyhoo today I am nauseas, dizzy, and have a horrendous headache. I hope it's temporary! Fingers crossed I get the jabs right tonight!

Good luck to everyone with ET's, EPU's, blood tests and scans tomorrow xxx

Vixjc - don't beat yourself up, I am sure we have all done stuff like that at one point!! Mine was with my trigger. They have me this glass thing with fluid in that I had to break the top of the glass to draw it into the syringe. I didn't do it right and the entire glass thing shattered. They have me a back up and I did it wrong AGAIN but we managed to salvage it and get the trigger in on time!!

Ally - out last transfer where we got a BFP I went on my own and found it really relaxing and chilled. It was also a weekend so not as busy which helped, but I didn't feel I needed to do anything but focus on me and it was really nice. You will be fine if you do end up going alone! X

To all the TWW ladies, especially those with BT around 2 Aug...

Is anyone feeling any symptoms? I keep thinking I am getting crampy feelings and then remember I ate a rely spicy lunch, or am getting back pain then remembering I have been standing up most of the day!! So I guess I don't think I am feeling any different at all.

    How about you??

    Hi Everyone

Hope you don't mind me joining. I did a 5dt on Monday and will also be testing on the 2nd of Aug!
This is my 4th round if IVF and I've been lucky enough to get a BFP each time but also like some others not so lucky in hanging onto most of them. We also lost twins to TTTS at 18 weeks in 2011 then were blessed with our baby boy whose now 17 months. Last month I also got a BFP but the numbers dropped quickly unfortunately and now here we are again the the TWW. Best of luck to all of you. I think every one of you is amazing going through this

Welcome Lani and Cappy, fingers crossed this is the cycle for you!

Ally, I went alone to my last transfer. My fiancé had to work, so I went to acupuncture before which was great to relax first, then to get the transfer done, only there about 15 mins. Just like getting a Pap smear, then back to have acupuncture after for another relax, then home to vege.

So yes, Next transfer confirmed for Mon, just have to get the time tomorrow. Start back on the pessaries tomorrow and continue the Progynova.

Hey Bedlover, Im not feeling any kind of symptoms other than OHSS symptoms (bloated and mild ovary cramping) Im also on progesterone pessaries so anything I do "feel" could be the progesterone.

Welcome Cappy and Lani, sorry to hear both of you have suffered losses. Hope this round brings you more joy.

7liha good luck with the scan

Thanks bedlover and KLM. My last bfp I had my mum my hubby and a friend!!! Haha

I looked at my tww diary yesterday. I got a bfp at 6dpt why did I test that early? Now I'm going to want to test that early again even though technically there shouldn't have been a bfp that early the chances are low that I will get a bfp that early again!
