My temps have risen when I took provera but I'm trying not to take it this cycle. I have been taking vitex/b complex since April/may.

Cool. I would imagine they should dip, but my temps have been on the lower side of high before AF, for the last two cycles anyway. My temps seem to drop during the follicular phase.

Guess I will just have to wait and see. I just want this cycle to end so I can start fresh.

Looking good calstar. Hope they keep rising. X

If you don't o, your temps should remain about the same for af (temp only changes for af if you have a change in progesterone level, but you won't have high progesterone if you dont o). By the looks of your chart...the temps & ewcm, its possible you might actually o. I think you just need to wait and see what happens...unfortunately who knows how your chart might turn out? Hopefully something happens soon though.

I'm bored, so I thought I'd share my chart. It's pretty boring atm, but temps are reasonably steady so it's not all bad! I'm expecting o in 6-8 days.
