No we haven't had genetic testing, forgot to ask the gyno for an AMH test last visit. I don't believe I have low egg reserves as I ovulate every month, and from what I can tell, poor egg quality still leads to pg but with lots of m/c. I can't even get pg.

We've been trying over 2 years tabby. Haven't had a BFP for 15 months.

Those AMH tests arnt very accurate. Have you had scans to look for possible septum? If you have a genetic disorder it can cause you not to get pregnant. Ask your gyno for a test and hopefully you will get some answers.

After all this time you would think you could get treated for unexplained infertility...has your gyno suggested that at all Del?

I do have a small septum, which caused breech with both my kids. But they both went full term. I always test early and haven't even got a wiff of a pos for over a year. I doubt there is a genetic factor.

What is the treatment? To go IVF we are needing 10k upfront, with 4 back. We simply don't have that. So IVF is out.

Some Sydney clinics only charge the gap, but this one won't. It's 8500 for the IVF and about $1300 for EPU, the latter can't be medicare rebated. You then get back 4200.

Very true. IVF is very expensive my brother and his wife had to save up for a year to do it. I don't know what you could do...but a fs might be able to help?
