It looks like a pre-o dip to me. Alcohol raises your temp & nurofen lowers it, so they would most likely cancel each other out. I wouldn't pay any attention to the opks. Your LH surge may have been really short, so if you did the opk at the wrong time you would miss it. Sweating will also lower your temp. Is there any chance you have issues with blood sugar levels? Alcohol can sometimes affect your blood sugar levels. Another cause could be insulin resistance associated with PCOS. A sudden surge in insulin production could cause your blood sugar to drop suddenly, which could cause you to break out in a sweat, which will lower your temperature.

This can't be right?!? I did take nurafen but I didn't think the drop would be that much! And I remember waking up in the right in a pile of sweat. I certainly wasn't cold.
Yeah advil does that too it makes your temp drop so low but you feel normal. Im trying to avoid then as much as possible so I get accurate temps. I think thats why my other charts had such erratic temps because I took pain meds and sleeping pills all the time becuase I had a bad shoulder injury and needed surgey to get it fixed.

Hope your temp stays up. I'm pretty sure I have a sinus infection. Off to the doc this arvo. I'm going to ask for blood tests for my pcos too, make sure levels are all ok. Will antibiotics mess with my bbt??

I hope your appointment goes ok.
    I am still sick!!!
Can't say I've noticed my antibiotics having any affect on my temps tbh.

I had a respiratory infection earlier this cycle & the antibiotics messed with my temps, so much so that my app thought I'd already od (I hadn't, otherwise I'd be 17dpo today instead of 8dpo). I had to exclude those temps. It probably depends what type you have. I'm allergic to Amoxyl, so I had Rulide.
