Good question Katey, I have been wondering the same and had no idea either Lots of summer babies stuff out really cheap now on Pumpkin Patch website and other places, so I thought I'd do some buying now

I'm in Sydney so not quite as hot as qld, but I'm due end of nov and have bought a lot of singlet suits, short sleeved onesies and rompers like this ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1373177156.108930.jpg

Or just singlets and a nappy (we are using cloth).

He will probably sleep in a singlet suit and a swaddle, depending on how hot it gets.

We just had him in singlets and nappy or short sleeve no legs onsie, plus muslin wrap for sleeping. He was born in Sydney in November and we have aircon in all rooms. If you're in QLD with no aircon in the bedrooms I'd say just singlet and nappy and maybe invest in portable aircon or at least a fan.
