You have a good memory! One sack, heart beat 130, another scan next week, the stress never ends does it. I'll relax after the nt (I'm worried about being old) and then the 20w scan, so many milestones!

How many naps are all your bubs on?

I'm in that horrible 2-1 transition thing...she has a wake time minimum of 3.5 hours avid would prefer 4 in the middle & before bed...so unless they are very short naps we can't fit it in, but with 1 nap she is too tired...

Today for example up at 6:10 ....fell asleep for 1st nap at 9:50, slept till 1150, this is unusual, normally I get an hour tops! Anyway tried putting down again at 330...at 4 was still awake. Could have waited till 4 and I'm confident if I put her down at 4 she would have slept, but then we have a very late bedtime of 8:30 or. 9....and then that's less sleep in total!

I know it's just a phase....currently been in it for a month and I'm getting sick of it. Some days I do fit 2 naps in.... But it's always cutting it fine!

    We are still on 2;

    Wake at 6.30am
    bed 9.30 till 11
    Bed 1.30 till 3
    Bed 7

It does change every day, but that's a good day! If out she will take 40 mins in the pram.. Most of last week in Singapore!

I hate nap transitions.. They suck !!!!

Ella has refused a morning nap for a few weeks now, she screams until I pick her up but in the afternoon she loves to have her nap. She is still tired even though she is refusing the morning nap. I have a good sleeper though, down at 7.30pm and up at 8am, down at 1pm for 2hrs

KM & Adden both those scenarios sound like bliss...

I don't have a good napper, I patiently waited but she never arrived. A good day is 1 hour morn nap 30 min avo nap.

Today was really random 1 x 2 hour nap from 10-12 but then no more naps so put her to bed at 6:15.

Ah well I'll just keep chugging! Oh and sleep in the pram....yea that never happens, sometimes not even the car. 13 hours in total for 24 hours is good for ivy.

    Thanks for sharing girls

Oh and that was the first nap that lasted more than 1 hour 15 mins in 3 months! I was shocked she was still sleeping!

She might be transitioning herself, Ella's morning nap was 1hr and afternoon 1hr. Now she only has one nap it's a longer nap. Can you stretch her out for an afternoon nap say 12.30 or 1 and see if she naps for a few hours?

Yea I did that a few weeks back for 1 week and it backfired....she only slept 1 hour and got real overtired. It will happen soon, just taking a bit. I'll try again soon I think

    Happy bday William!!!
