Embarrassingly I was getting KM mixed up with stephiew ☺☺

I think I need to read up more on solids, we have 2-3 serves a day, but only a teaspoon each, think I need to step it up. Think we had our first tantrum today! Was trying to feed some pumpkin, he grabbed the spoon and threw it while screaming then I passed him his soppy cup and took a sip and all hell broke loose, screamed arched back in the bumboo and threw the cup over his shoulder! Was hilarious! Needless to say we had milk after that.

Are you guys mixing veggies or just one at a time... As in after you introduce them.

Dont worry too much about the rice cereal Nic, like Amy said some babies just aren't keen on it at all, Zoe is one of them. I've tried it with apples and pears but still a no go. She did happily eat the apple ad pear alone but looked at me like nice try when it was with te farex!

I'm a bit confused about te water for bubs tho? Was it ok to give them now if they are formula fed? Also how many times a day are you giving them food? As in solids?
Thanks crafty none at big w either grrr!!

Water is water and won't do them harm (in my opinion) like I said I've been given Orlando water in a syringe for weeks and he is both breast and formula fed.

I'm giving Orlando 2 cubes (I'm making in bulk and freezing in food cube trays). For lunch and dinner. Each cube is roughly 20-25ml / 2 TBSP. Going to work up to three cubes soon and add breakfast once he gets to 5 months. In my book I'm using as a guide it says they should be eating 5-10 cubes per meal by 6 months so we have another 6 weeks to work up to that

I am in Melbourne SL. My mothers group through the health nurse was an odd mix of ladies. A lot dropped off after 2 groups so there were only a few of us left, one being a friend of mine from before there! At times it was a bit uncomfortable as a couple of the mums were quite judgemental as 3 of us weren't breast feeding?!

Dragon, I've been giving Zoe solids for about a week now. She is having maybe a couple of teaspoons twice a day? I'm actually feeling a bit overwhelmed at the solids feeding as Im so confused!

If u still can't find one of the cups SL, let me know exactly which one it is and I'm happy to grab one for you and post it of it is te same one I picked up.

We are all ragers now aren't we Nic!!
