    So frustrated......

Oh that sucks. Hopefully yours come through soon

Just a quick question to those who have received their supps the amount on the letter from centrelink regarding the supp payment is different to the amount I actually received. Is this common?

Do you mean you got (for example) $1000, but the letter says you get $1500?

If so you need to call. I posted a few pages back about something like this. I didn't receive FTB A supp for ds1. I've spoken to them and am just waiting for it to be fixed.

Yeah kinda the amount I received was $200 more than the letter said. The FTB part A supp amount is more than what is says in the letter. I'm just wondering if I may get a second payment because I haven't got any FTB arrears included in the supp amounts? They have paid me for CCB and CCR, Family Tax A&&B supps but no back pay for underestimating?

    Good ole centrelink

I honestly have no idea. I'm thinking a phone call to them will be needed.

The supps are automatic but can take a while to be sent to you so yeah you don't apply for them. I would personally call them or go in there and speak to somebody about updating your income. Quite a few people have had problems and it cant hurt to check..it is centrelink afterall

I had this issue too Mummy12 call the ATO and get them to update their information. They didn't advise Centrelink of my non-lodger status when they should have.
